Kelli Sherwood, age 36, 900 67th St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Aug. 12

Ricardo Perry, age 45, 4026 E. 23rd St, Des Moines, was arrested for Violation Of No Contact Order.

Rhonda Gragg, age 61, 409 Grove St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 1st Degree.

Scott Brown, Harrisburg, SD, was driving on I80 near the 112 mile marker, when he missed the lane shift, due to construction, causing a collision between his vehicle and Betty Pham, Sioux City.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated to Mr. Brown’s trailer at $500.  Damage to Ms. Pham’s vehicle was estimated at $1500. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

Aug. 13

Talyon Kinkennon, age 26, 208 Martin St, Bouton, was arrested for Driving While Barred.

Dana Angus, age 60, 401 SE Delaware Ave, Ankeny, was driving in the 24000 block of Hwy 44 when he slowed for construction.  When he stopped for a temporary red light, he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Raymond Kiefer, Waukee.  Mr. Angus was knocked from the motorcycle and needed to be transported Methodist hospital for evaluation of injuries.  Mr. Kiefer was not injuried.  Damage to Mr. Angus motorcycle was estimated at $5000.  Damage to Mr. Kiefer’s vehicle was estimated at $3000.  Mr. Kiefer was issued citations for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability Accident.
