12:04am: A deputy investigated a report of a probation violation in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton.

1:01am: A deputy was advised of 3 dogs running at large in the 900 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

6:12am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of South Chestnut Street, Jefferson.

6:27am: A deputy located a stolen vehicle out of Des Moines in the 100 block of West 3rd Street, Rippey. Nathan Pote 32 homeless was arrested for operation without owners’ consent, theft 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense, and driving while license revoked, denied, or suspended.

8:50am: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search warrant in the 500 block of South Chestnut Street, Jefferson.

10:54am: Nathan Pote 32 homeless was booked into the jail for operation without owners’ consent, theft 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 2 nd offense, and driving while license revoked, denied, or suspended.

3:15pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on D Avenue near 110th Street.

7:42pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an oil spill on S Avenue near 200th Street. Secondary Roads dealt with the oil spill on the roadway.

9:26pm: A deputy investigated an open 911 call in the 500 block of South Park Street, Paton.

10:44pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 1500 block of Quaker Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
