The ADM Tigers varsity Boys Cross Country team got their first practice in of the season on Monday August 7th in Adel. The ADM Tigers Cross Country team will be coached by Josh Chapman this season. Here are the returning players from last years state meet team: Junior Torin Timmerman, senior Hunter Landphair, junior Isaac Chapman, junior Keegan Holdmeyer and senior Sam Peters. Junior Shay Holdmeyer was their #2 runner last year but had a season ending injury early in the season but had a great spring and is going to be healthy this fall. The ADM Tigers cross country team will be bringing back some good JV guys also returning this season: Sophomore Griffin Messer, sophomore Grayson Sutter, junior Nathan Scanlan, sophomore Henry Krug, sophomore Robbie Hall and senior Tom Hook. The first ADM Tigers varsity boys cross country meet will be Saturday August 26th at Prairie High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. That meet will start at 9:15 am.
