With the start of the Panorama women’s high school volleyball season just on the horizon, the anticipation among players and coaches is confidently high as The team has spent their off-season preparing and working on their skills, determined to make this season one of their best yet.
The dedication of the players during the off-season has consisted of a team camp at Iowa State University. Giving the young women an opportunity to get some early swings and competitive reps.
One of the key elements of their preparation has been the focus on building a team connection, which is important as it can allow to proper communication and execution amongst the athletes. Coach Mollie Sorber says, “Something us coaches are excited for this season is the team connection we have created this summer to build on this off season. We have some good upperclassman leaders and plan on using that positive energy to lead us into season.”
As the opening of the season approaches, the team’s enthusiasm is high, leaving no doubt that they are ready to face any challenges that come their way. Their relentless preparation, combined with their team spirit, is setting high expectations for an exciting and successful high school volleyball season.
