Greene County and the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference will be cashless entry to events effective August 1. Cash will still be accepted at concession stands, but not to get into events. A news release from the Greene County Activities Department stated fans will need a paid ticket purchased online from Bound Ticketing or a debit or credit card at the gate. Activities Director Dave Wright added all Greene County events will have card readers for quick cashless entry.
The A.D. added that purchased passes will be accepted for events and passes could be the easiest way for Ram fans to attend an event. A Greene County pass is $100 for adults and $50 for students. A 20 game pass for $110 is actually the price of 18 events, and a senior citizen pass is $25 for community members 55 years of age and older. Passes may be purchased at the high school activities office. A reminder that starting this August 1, so cash will be accepted for entry, but cash can be used at concession stands.
