1:34pm: Emily McCormick reported that a rock was thrown through a window in her residence at 206 West Russell Street. The officer is investigating.
3:23pm: Jessica Forkner advised she was receiving Unwanted Text Messages from a Jefferson female. The officer spoke to the female and advised her to end the contact.
4:35pm: A Traffic Stop near Elm and Central resulted in Kane Borgeson of Scranton being cited for, “Dark Windows.”
7:04pm: Renee Bandurski reported a Barking Dog in the 500 Block of Head Street. The officer spoke to the owner previously about the issue, but it continues. The officer cited Robert Mobley of Jefferson for, “Barking Dog – Annoyance.”
7:53pm: An officer responded to an Alarm Activation at 401 East Central Ave. The building was secure.
9:38pm: Amelia carman reported a vehicle driving on the closed portion of West Lincoln Way Street, dragging a traffic cone under the vehicle. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle.
10:21pm: Subjects turned in an Abandoned Bicycle. The officer placed the bike in the Impound.
