July 14:
Arrest: Francisco Mora, age 31, 1816 Warford, Perry was taken into custody for driving under suspension.
July 15:
Arrest: Anthony James Johnson Parnell, age 25, 1306 11th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense (methamphetamine), and possession of a controlled substance 2nd (marijuana).
Arrest: Tyler Craig Schrier, age 27, 303 3rd St, Rippey, was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Officers responded to the 1600 block of Willis Ave on a report of harassment. Under investigation.
July 16:
Arrest: Rick Charles Elliott, age 56, 2801 1st Ave, Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance, 2nd offense, marijuana.
July 17:
Arrest: Benjamin Joseph Harding, age 46, 1311 Emma Ave., Des Moines, was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
