The Hometown Heritage at the Carnegie Library Museum in Perry will present a social event with traditional food and beverages that has a 20th Century theme to it. 

The library invites the public to dust off their straw hats and hoop skirts to  join them for an afternoon of trying a variety of options of tea along with tea sandwiches, scones and cakes for their Southern Belle Tea from 4 to 5:30pm on July 27th at the Carnegie Library. Tickets are limited and cost $15 at the Carnegie Library Museum or the Perry Public Library.
