The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.

The meeting will start with three public hearings, including several zoning changes along the railroad tracks, selling a property and changing a Planned Unit Development for a housing developer near the city’s water tower. The Council will then consider approving each of those following their respective hearings. Additionally, the Council will consider purchasing property at 600 West Lincoln Way, a subordination agreement for 100 East State Street, and the fifth pay estimate for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project.

The Council will also consider for approval contracts and bonds for a new hangar at the airport, a change order for the city hall entrance project and purchasing security cameras for the impound lot.
