The ADM Tigers baseball team picked up a nice 2-1 non-conference home win over the Norwalk Warriors last night. The ADM Tigers had a total of six hits in the game. Junior Rhylan Stine-Smith led the ADM Tigers offensively going 2-3 and scored one of the two runs on the night. Senior Sam Holloway picked up the win pitching in relief and getting his first win and improving his pitching record to 1-1 on the season.
This win for the ADM Tigers baseball team will put their overall record to 23-8 and 12-4 in the Raccoon River Conference. The ADM Tigers baseball team earned the Number one seed in the Class 3A Substate 7 Bracket which was released within the last week. In the first round they will host the Winterset Huskies at the ADM High School Baseball Field with a 7:00 pm first pitch on Friday July 7th. If they win their first round game, they will host the winner between Carlisle or Clarke in the Second Round on Monday July 10th at 7:00 pm at the ADM High School Baseball Field. The next ADM Tiger baseball broadcast on K107.9 FM – KKRF and www.raccoonradio.com will be on Friday July 7th when the ADM Tigers host the Winterset Huskies in the first round of the Class 3A-Substate 7 at the ADM High School Baseball field with 7:00 PM first pitch.
