A fundraising meal is taking place Saturday for a worthy cause in Greene County.

Grand Junction Fire and Rescue is serving its annual pancake breakfast fundraiser from 7-10am at the fire station in Grand Junction. The menu includes all you can eat pancakes with whole hog sausage, scrambled eggs, orange juice, milk or coffee for $5 for adults, $3 for children 5-12 years old, and kids under five can eat for free. During the fundraiser there will also be an open house where people can see the equipment and vehicles with the fire department and rescue unit. 

All proceeds will be used for equipment purchases for the two groups.
