Arrest: Clifford Eugene Hanysh, age 31, 704 West St., New Virginia, IA, was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Received a report of harassment in the 1600 block of Willis Ave.
Received a report of a fight in progress in the 500 block of 1st Ave. Officers responded, two male relatives. Parties were separated upon arrival.
Arrest: Dustin James Kelso, age 43, 5115 Orchard place, Pleasant Hill, lowa was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 3rd or subsequent, Possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) 3rd or subsequent, possession of a controlled substance (mushrooms), possession of contraband in a correctional institution, possession of drug paraphernalia.
June 19:
Arrest: A 16 years of age female from Denison, lowa was taken into custody on a curfew violation.
Arrest: A 15 years of age male from Perry was taken into custody on a curfew violation, 2nd offense.
Received a report of theft in the 700 block of 1st Ave. Case under investigation.
Received a report of harassment in the 1500 block of 8th St., Perry. Officer spoke with parties involved.
Received a report of a theft in the 1400 block of Warford. Bicycle stolen, under investigation. June 20:
Accident:
Unit 1 black 2008 Mazda registered to and driven by Gerry Deljean Bacon, 1908 Evelyn, Perry. Unit 2 white 2023 Ram pickup registered to and driven by Michael Douglas Lientz, 17650 J Ave, Perry.
Unit 2 stopped in the median waiting for an emergency vehicle to pass when it was struck in the rear by unit 1. No injuries, total estimated damages $1400.
Arrest: Christopher Joseph Hidlebaugh, age 31, 16770 N Ave, Bouton was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.
Arrest: Martin Vidal, age 35, 1214 16th St., Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation, original charge operating while intoxicated 1st and 2nd offense, and a Dakota County Nebraska warrant for failure to appear, original charge operating while intoxicated 3rd or subsequent offense.
