The Greene County Family Medicine Clinic has added new technology to better serve its patients.

People needing services through the Family Medicine Clinic can now use an online app with a smart device called MyUnityPoint portal by downloading the MyChart by Epic app. Patients will then have access to test results, communicate via messages with their primary care provider, verify insurance information, request medication refills, check-ins for appointments, complete necessary questionnaires or documents, e-sign forms, and more.

Patients who do not sign up for MyUnityPoint when they arrive for an appointment at the Family Medicine Clinic will be given a new welcome tablet to complete their registration and check-in. Then the patient can download the MyChart app on their device and use it whenever they want.
