Today is the big day for Good Egg Days Events in Stuart.

Starting at 7am there’s a free-will breakfast being served by the Stuart Police Department at the southeast corner of Lawbaugh park. The annual 5k run/walk starts at 8am and will follow the path of arrows painted on the roadway, and from 10am to 5pm the inflatables in the park will be up and running. Then from 11am to noon the parade will make its way from the south side of Casey’s, past Community Care Center, and then down Division Street.

In the Afternoon, Chancey Hill will be having a concert at the Gazebo from noon to 2pm, with Ag for all bringing in their animals for the same time frame. From 1-3pm there will be a caricature artist and balloon twister, and then at 9pm there will be a street dance on Northwest 2nd Street in front of Ruby’s Pub and Grill and Johnie’s Tap. Tomorrow morning there will be a softball tournament at the Jim Kloewer Field starting at 10am.
