June 13

Charles Rogers, Grimes, was driving a semi on I 80 , Near the 105 mile marker, when an equipment failure occurred and caused his trailer brakes to lock.  This caused the semi to jackknife into the median. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7000.  The semi was towed from the scene.

June 15

Jeffrey Wilson, Des Moines, was driving a motorcycle on I80 near the 100 mile marker, when he hit a deer.  He was transported to Methodist Hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage was estimated at $4000.

June 16

Shawnda Worthington, age 48, 809 Main St, Adel, was arrested for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.
