Tuesday, June 13th

3:52pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a semi in the ditch on 330th Street near L Avenue. The semi was found to be parked in a field drive assisting with field work.

7:45pm: Joseph Gilpin 40 of Monroe was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 3rd offense.

7:59pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near N Avenue.

10:28pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near D Avenue.

10:45pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all

defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
