Emmalee Bell has been a run producing threat all season long for Perry.  That trend continued Wednesday night as the first baseman delivered a clutch two out RBI in the bottom of the 6th inning to deliver Perry a 4-3 win Wednesday night over Nevada.  The RBI was her team leading eighth of the season.

Perry finished the night with eight hits led by Lydia Olejniczak’s three singles.  Maci Tunink added a pair of hits and was once again solid inside the pitching circle.  The junior allowed only four hits and struck out 6 Cubs along the way.

Perry improves to 5-4 on the season while Nevada falls to 1-8.  The Jayettes return home tonight for a varsity game with 2-5 Grandview Christian.  You can listen to the game on KDLS.
