Dallas Center-Grimes girls soccer team plays for spot in the Class 2A State Championship game this afternoon.
The Mustangs throttled the Marion Wolves in the quarterfinal game of the state tournament by a score of 10-0 and now they will take on the North Scott Lady Lancers. North Scott finished third in the Mississippi Athletic Conference with a record of (14-3) and are led by their senior striker Kendall Knisley, who has scored 17 goals and assisted on 10. Dallas Center-Grimes is on a eight game winning streak and won the Little Hawkeye Conference and they have a record of (16-3). They are led by junior Kylie Knief, who scored three goal in the win over Marion and she has 28 total goals this year.
