The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors meets in regular session today.

The Board will consider for approval a fireworks permit for a Yale resident, payroll change notices for an information technologies technician, auditor’s clerk, Secondary Roads employee and assistant county attorney. They will also hear a department head update regarding the Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management Plan update and a fiscal year 2024 Iowa Municipalities Workers’ Compensation Association Renewal with State Street Insurance Owner Becky Benton.

After adjournment from the public meeting, the Board will meet in a closed session with counsel about the Law Enforcement Center. The meeting will start at 9am in the Supervisors room in the Guthrie County Courthouse. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option here.
