Funeral services for Don “Bulldozer” Downing, 90, of Fontanelle,  will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Fontanelle with burial in the Fontanelle Cemetery.  Desserts and fellowship with the family will be held at the church following the burial.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Open Visitation:  Will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 Family Visitation:  The family will greet friends on Friday, June 9, 2023, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Survivors:  He is survived by his wife, Joan Downing of Fontanelle; two sons, Dennis Downing and wife Julie of Panora and Richard Downing and wife Mary of Denver, Colorado; daughter, Sherilyn Whitman and husband Vern of Fontanelle; ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
