The Dallas County Supervisors met on Tuesday.
The Board approved a two year contract with no increases for the County Engineer Al Miller, and they approved to receive and file the prequalified contract bidders for the administration building project’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing glass and glazing, framing, drywall and structural steel metals.
The Board also approved the resolution drainage district assessment interest rate at 7-percent, the final Olson plat on the North Avenue in Adel and they set public hearings on May 30th for two City of Waukee temporary construction easement T Avenue parcels. In addition, they awarded a subcontract to Earth Services and Abatement for the demolition of 818 Courts Street building and the old jail building on the Adel Square.
