An Adel-DeSoto-Minburn student earned a prestigious state award for being able to communicate in multiple languages. 

ADM’s Kelsey Dalen earned the Iowa Seal of Biliteracy. The award recognizes students who have attained proficiency in two or more languages which includes English, by their graduation date. Dalen earned the Seal of Biliteracy for her expertise in English and Spanish. The Seal of Biliteracy serves as a recognition for the attainment of multilingual skills that are important to future employers and higher education institutions and demonstrates a readiness of students to be college, career, and community contributors in the local, national and global societies.
