There will be a fundraiser to support the family of a Perry teacher, who recently lost his life in a vehicle crash.
The Perry HyVee will be serving a meal from noon until 7pm on Friday with funds going to the family of Chad Morman, who was an industrial technology teacher in the Perry School District.
The fundraiser will serve grilled hamburgers, pork loins and brats and Totally Rolled Ice Cream truck will be onsite. Perry Hyvee’s Nate Brokaw talks about why they put this fundraiser together.
“Perry does what Perry does as a community. We all come together anytime there is a tragedy and this is just a way we are going to try and bring as many people together and try to help this family through these very difficult times right now.”
The Perry HyVee will donate 25-percent of the proceeds to the Morman family.
