8:00am: A deputy investigated a complaint of a person on an electric scooter pulling kids in a wagon on Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:33am: A deputy investigated a complaint of a tree service cutting a tree down that fell on a house in the 400 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

1:58pm: A deputy investigated an abuse complaint in the 2100 block of Neola Avenue.

3:00pm: A deputy, Jefferson Fire, and Scranton Fire responded to a field fire that was intentionally set and got out of control on 280th Street and G Avenue.

6:09pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an illegal burn in the 300 block of U Avenue.

6:20pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an illegal burn in the 1800 block of 130th Street.

8:12pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 2300 block of E Avenue.

8:51pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of an illegal burn in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

Thursday, May 4th

4:46am: A deputy and Churdan Fire responded to an out-of-control illegal burn in the 300 block of C Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
