Chad Jones, Johnston, was driving in the 26000 block of Hwy 141, when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000.  He was able to drive from the scene.

May 4

Johnnie Rodriguez, age 34, 1103 Commercial St, Waterloo, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.
