The Perry City Council met for a special meeting on Wednesday.
The Council approved after a public hearing to adopt their annual budget for the fiscal year 2024. In the budget, the total city tax levy rate equaled out to be $17.98 per $1,000 taxable value and the total agriculture rate was $3 per $1,000 taxable value. The City expects the fiscal year 2024 total revenues to equal $36,039,416 and the expenditures will reach $32,993,311 in fiscal year 2024. To see the full budget click here.
