There will be Dallas Center-Grimes athletes  featured at the one of the most elite showcases of track and field in the country.

For the Mustangs boys track and field team, there will be six athletes competing in three events.

On Friday, Anthony Glay performing in the long jump, John Kitenge, Josh Hendricks, Daniel Onwuramaka and AJ Angus competing in the 1600 meter medley. Finally, the 4×100 meter relay team will be at the Blue Oval on Saturday.

For the Mustang girls track and field team, there be 10 total athletes met the blue oval standard in four events. Kileigh Lachacz qualified in both the shot put and discus and she will perform on Friday. Additionally, the 4×800 meter relay team with Meredith McDermott, Tess Meggision, Emerson McDermott and Maddy Stevens will compete in the blue oval on Friday. Saturday, the 4×100 meter relay team will touch the track with Asia Jahangir, Ashlyn Menough, Abby Osborn (alternate Brinn Johnson) and Chloe Wanat.
