Several Greene County FFA students did well at the state contest earlier this month.

According to Greene County FFA Advisor Raelyn Harris, there were two groups that earned a gold rating, including agriculture communications that also took home a 4th place finish and the students that competed were Daniele Madsen, Emma Stream, Grace Curtis and Elise Badger. The other category with a gold rating was agriculture biotechnology and the students were Trey Schilling, Cody Stephenson, Kaitlin Fields and Leah McCormick. Agriculture biotechnology received a sixth place finish.

Other students that did well included two students for the greenhand quiz with Rozella Helms with a silver rating and Kaitlyn Halterman who had a bronze rating. Chapter Display earned a silver rating with Nathan Towers, Pane Renwanz, Cole Mason and Carter Fecher.
