12:48am: Edwin Ochoa-Melena 30 of Rippey was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

4:42am: A deputy and Churdan Fire responded to barn fire in the 1400 block of 160 th Street. The barn was a complete loss. The cause of the fire was a burn pile near the barn.

10:44am: A deputy investigated a vicious dog complaint in the 500 block of South Wise Street, Paton.

2:27pm: A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 220th Street near L Avenue.

4:25pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 235th Street near T Avenue.

5:39pm: A deputy investigated a vicious dog complaint in the 600 block of North 9th Street, Grand Junction.

6:40pm: A deputy investigated a scam in the 1000 block of 170th Street.

8:40pm: A deputy collected found prescription medications in the 1400 block of 160th Street.

9:54pm: A deputy investigated an assault complaint in the 100 block of 190th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
