The Dallas County Supervisors will meet on Tuesday.
The Board will consider for approval several items for the new Administration Building including the project groundbreaking ceremony, announcement signage, abatement contract award, demolition bidders and the project estimate.
The Board will then canvas the Dallas Center-Grimes special election and consider the post election audit certificate.
They will consider for approval a time and date for multiple public hearings for the MidAmerican underground electric easement, Waukee gas main easement, Waukee public facilities and use easement, Waukee temporary construction easement of T Avenue corridor and Waukee temporary construction easement town border station. Additionally, the Board will consider for approval the City of Minburn water project letter of support, Des Moines Area Community College farm wetland event and an atlas binder quote. The Board will possibly go into a closed session for pending litigation and hold a public hearing on the adoption of the fiscal year 2024 budget. The meeting will begin at 9am in the Board of Supervisors Building.
