Another non-traditional class will be held next week at the Greene County Career Academy.

The Take and Bake class will be led by Denise Moranville and participants will make a glazed pork tenderloin, along with seasoned green beans and crispy roasted potatoes all on one baking sheet. The class will begin with participants sampling the finished product, before making the meal themselves and taking it home to be baked later.

The class will be from 6-8pm on Wednesday, April 19th at the Career Academy. The cost for the class is $40 per person and the deadline to register is Sunday. Click on the image to scan the QR code to sign up with a smart device.
