Tuesday night the Wildcats soccer teams traveled to Panora to take on the Panorama Panthers. The girls team got things started off with a hard fought first half, with West Central Valley’s Isabella Munoz scoring the first goal of the game in the 33rd minute. Panorama scored twice before halftime though, and when the teams came back they continued their scoring drive, racking up another 4 goals, and the Wildcats were handed a 1-6 loss, their first of the season.
The boys team had some better luck, with freshman Trajan Rummel scoring within the first minute for the second time in two games. Junior Kameron Kunkle scored the second goal of the game in the 23rd minute, and both teams were held scoreless throughout the rest of the match, and the Wildcats took home their 4th victory of the season.
