The city of Stuart is gearing up for its annual Easter Egg Hunt, and with help from a local business, it should be just as fun as previous years.

Rose Acre Farms Complex Manager Andrew Kaldenberg tells Raccoon Valley Radio about the relationship their business has with the city in helping to give eggs for the celebration.

“Rose Acres has always, as far as I know, has always done that. I’ve been with Rose Acres for 36-plus years, and as far as I know we’ve done it every year, exception of the last few years with Covid. So we just want to try and give back to the community and do something for them. And of course, Easter Egg Hunt and eggs and everything. It’s a really neat treat and really neat to see it happen.”

Kaldenberg mentions that besides the Stuart location, Rose Acre Farms has two other farms in Iowa, one in Guthrie Center and one in Winterset. He adds that between the three locations, there will be roughly 3,500 eggs used for their respective community Easter Egg Hunts.
