The Guthrie Center City Council met in regular session Monday night.

The Council discussed a mural that the Art Council would like to paint, and made annual appointments, approving Councilman Charles Cleveland as mayor pro-tem. They also approved their second proposal for repairs to Grand Street. They would like to split the cost of the street repairs equally, including any extra repairs that may be needed after the initial estimate. The Council then heard a quote from Hydra Kleen, and approved hiring them to do work to six manholes for $40,400, before hearing an update from City Hall on the migration of emails and the city website.
