A reminder about a fundraiser taking place tomorrow to benefit a non-profit organization.

The First United Methodist Church in Jefferson is hosting a fundraiser meal for the Webb House, which includes lasagna, salad, bread and bars for a free-will donation. The meal will be served from 11am-12:30pm tomorrow at the church. 

Sunday’s meal is either dine-in or carry out. Anyone wanting a carry out meal can contact the church at 515-386-4411 with the time of when the meal is needing to be picked up and how many meals will be purchased. 

Webb House Organizer Jim North adds they recently held a fundraiser for the Greene County Middle School to purchase outdoor games and equipment. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio about 110 middle school students participated and they raised about $400.
