March 9: Accident:
Unit 1 – black 2014 Ford Fusion registered to Rebecca Rae Hopkins, 1811 Evelyn, Perry driven by Jocelyn Rae Hopkins, 1811 Evelyn, Perry.
Unit 2 red 2022 Volvo Truck registered to First Fleet Inc, 694 Decker Drive, Bluffton, IN, driven by Timothy John Bloem, 825 1st Ave SE, Waverly, lowa.
Unit 1 was turning eastbound onto highway 141 from 8th St when she lost control and slid into the far outside lane striking unit 2. Total damages $2,000.
Accident:
Unit 1 blue 1997 Buick Le Saber registered to and driven by Lane Anksel Longhorn, 363 | Ave, Pilot Mound, lowa.
Unit 2 black 2022 Jeep Wrangler registered to and driven by Steven Lee Denherder, 21192 Prairie Stream Drive, Adel, lowa.
Unit 3 Maroon 2013 GMC Sierra registered to and driven by Patricia Diann Schroeder, 1701 W 5th St., Perry.
Unit 1 was traveling west bound on highway 141 and was trying to stop for the light at 1st Ave and highway 141. He started to slide and lost control of his vehicle striking unit 2. Unit 1 than bounced off unit 2 and struck unit 3. No injuries were reported. Total estimated damages $2100. Driver of unit 1 was cited for failure to maintain a reasonable and proper speed. Accident:
Unit 1 2003 Toyota Rav4 registered to Carlos Alfredo Vincente Pineda, 2801 1st Ave, Perry driven by Osiris Valerie Salgado, 1007 Dewey, Perry.
Unit 2 red 2014 GMC Acadia registered to Gordon Bruce Warriner, 2522 Warford, Perry, driven by Toni Marie Klemish, 2619 Taft, Perry.
Unit 2 was stopped at the intersection of Otley Ave and 1st Ave. Unit 1 was westbound on Otley Ave and slid into the rear of unit 2 while attempting to stop. Total estimated damages $1750. No injuries reported at the scene.
Received a report of fraudulent checks deposited in the 1200 block of 2nd St. Case under investigation.
Citation:
Amanda Ann Woods, age 33, 1617 W 4th St was issued a municipal infraction for dog at large 2nd offense and vicious dog 2nd offense.
Arrest: Jose Ismael Vasquez Rodriguez, age 34, 2617 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia,
Arrest: Jísela Elizabeth Jaimes Lopez, age 26, 2510 Perry Park Ave, Perry was arrested on a
Boone County Warrant for probation violation, original charge of operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

March 10:
A report of harassment was reported in the 1300 block of 1st Ave, Perry. Incident is under investigation.
Received a report of an assault in the 1200 block of 2nd St. Report completed.
March 11:
Officers responded to the 1200 block of 141 St on a report of shoplifting. Incident under investigation. Arrest: Jose Ismael Rodriguez Vasquez, age 34, 2617 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with trespassing first offense.
Officers responded to the 400 block of 5th St on a report of a domestic dispute. Verbal dispute only. March 12:
Arrest: Chelsea Rae Meier, age 27, 23146 128th Place Bouton was taken into custody and charged with operating while under the influence 1st offense.
Officer responded to the 2400 block of Lucinda on a report of criminal mischief.
Arrest: Ivonne Yamilet Gomez, age 22, 1219 30th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 1st offense.
