Dallas Center-Grimes sent their boys track and field team to the IATC Indoor Championship from the Iowa State University’s Lied Athletic Recreation Center on March 10.

The DC-Grimes boys track and field team placed in 14th out of 22 total schools. Senior Anthony Gray in long jump placed first with his best attempt measuring 23 feet. Along with freshman Charlie Bohnenkamp placing 28th in the long jump event. Glay was also able to grab 4th place in the long jump. Sophomore Sam Mora ran a 4 minute and 41 second 16oometer dash which placed 14th and junior Ben Every finished in 15th place in the 3200 meter run. Finally, junior AJ Angus placed 9th and junior Jack Every placed 16th in the 8oometer.

The girls track and field team did not make the trip to the IATC Indoor Championship due to weather conditions.
