The Perry City Council met on Monday.
The Council held a public hearing on the city’s intent to dispose of unclaimed and abandoned property of the Perry Police Department and set the date for the sale of property for June 10th.
The Council approved the pay application for the wastewater treatment facility improvement, a resolution rejecting bids for the Frog Creek Restoration Project and set a date for March 20th for a public hearing on the award of the multi-residential development property.
They also approved setting a schedule for the 2023 yard waste disposal that starts on April 5th and procedures, tax abatement applications for residential construction and appointing Misty Von Behren as the representative to the Heart of Iowa Regional Transit Agency Transportation Advisory Group.
