The Guthrie Center City Council met in regular session Monday night.

The council approved a liquor license for the Guthrie County Agricultural Society, to update the city’s website and email hostings, and a two and a half percent raise for the City Clerk effective March 1st. The utility board asked that they be informed of the decision on the City Clerks pay, and they would discuss matching the amount to bring it up to a 5% total.
