The Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension is getting ready for a fun new event.
Extension Program Coordinator Krista Downing tells Raccoon Valley Radio what the event is.
“A program that we have coming up is our Spring Floral Arrangement 101 Class, and that is with our Guthrie County Master Gardeners. They will be kind of walking you through how to create a spring floral arrangement and using different spring flowers as well. So this is something new that we haven’t done before, so we’re really excited to see how that goes.”
She says that Master Gardener Heather Isom is the one in charge of the class. The extension office asks that interested individuals preregister by March 9th, by contacting them through one of the methods below. Registration is $10, and the class will be on March 15th at 5:30pm.
