There will be a program in the Dallas County area this week that will help older adults learn more about physical and nutritional education.
The Perry Public Library will host the Fresh Conversations program that will feature Aging Resources of Central Iowa to put a spotlight on eye care. This program will be from 12:30 to 1:30pm tomorrow in the Perry Public Library Community Room for adults that are ages 60 and above. Fresh Conversations is an opportunity for adults to connect in a friendly group conversation to discuss practical tips and sensible solutions to everyday problems like eating and living well. In March, this program will focus on eye health. This will be a free event for ages 60 and above and no registration is required.
