The Guthrie Center School Board will meet in session Wednesday night.

The Board will hear a special presentation from the Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center FFA Chapter, before considering for approval the resignations of Colin Shawgo as the junior high girls basketball coach, and Rick Rumelhart as an assistant high school baseball coach.

The Board will also consider for approval gifts, grants and bequests from Growmark FS, Casey’s General Store, nutrition lunch account negative donations and a science fair donation. They will also discuss AC/GC High School programs and class offerings, along with upcoming dates, which include a Denovo Group work session at 7pm March 1st, preschool through 8th grade parent teacher conferences on March 13th and 15th, no school from March 16th to 18th and the next regular Board meeting on March 20th.

The meeting will take place at the Guthrie Center High School Media Center at 7pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting the day after.
