Greene County High School came away with two champions from this year’s State Wrestling Tournament. 

Seniors Kale Peterson and McKinley Robbins were crowned state champions in Class 2A at 132 and 138 pounds, respectively. This was Peterson’s third straight state championship for the Rams and he finished the season undefeated at 42-0. Robbins is now a two-time state champion and finished the year at 48-0. 

The State Wrestling Championship took place this past Saturday at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
