Presidents’ Day is always observed on the third Monday in February and a reminder of some closures for Dallas County 

Perry City Offices, Perry Water Works Office and the Perry Public Library will be closed on Monday due to Presidents’ Day. The McCreary Community Building will also be closed in observance of the federal holiday and members aged 18 and up can still use the 24-hour fitness room. Garbage Routes scheduled for Monday will be picked up on Tuesday and garbage routes scheduled for Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday. The Perry City Council meeting scheduled for Monday will be held on February 21st at 6pm in the Town/Craft Building.

 In Adel, all City offices and the public library are closed for Presidents Day, though there is no change to garbage and recycling routes. Finally, all the county offices will be closed.
