Adair City Hall in conjunction with Guthrie County Hospital will be hosting a health related event this month.

A diabetes support group will meet on February 28th at 4:30pm in City Hall. The topic of the discussion will be “Diabetes and Heart Health – What’s the Connection?” and will be presented by Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Cindy Peterson, and Guthrie County Hospitals Dietitian Carol Laughery. Individuals are encouraged to attend and share their experiences, and hear about the experiences of others as well. The event can also help expand knowledge about diabetes in the relaxed educational environment.
