The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library is getting ready for a fun new event.
Silver Screen Sundays will allow adults in the community to come in to the library, and watch a movie that they may not have had time to see in theaters. There will be the opportunity for some social time, and individuals interested in attending can bring a covered non-alcoholic drink, while the library provides popcorn.
Right now the library has two Silver Screen Sundays scheduled. The first will be February 26th when they show “Where the Crawdads Sing,” and the second will be March 26th when they show “Elvis.” Both movies are free to attend, and will be shown at the library starting at 3pm.
