Friday, February 3rd
1:17pm: The Wishing Well Laundry reported a male subject had slept in the business at 301 West Reed Street overnight. They wished for the subject to be advised he can not stay at the facility. Officers are attempting to pass the information to him.
1:57pm: Melodie John requested an officer at 207 West Gallop Road for a Civil Child Custody Issue.
5:04pm: Devin Villalobos reported Missing Items from his unlocked apartment, while he was incarcerated. Numerous items of clothing, as well as other items, were reported missing from the apartment. The officer is investigating.
6:16pm: Celeste Lombera reported a possible No Contact Violation. The officer is investigating.
9:15pm: A Traffic Stop in the 800 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Timothy Christensen of TX. being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”
9:53pm: An officer responded to an Alarm Activation at 016 West Washington Street. The business was found to be secure.
10:55pm: An officer was called to 777 Wild Rose Lane to investigate possible drug possession. The officer is investigating.
Saturday, February 4th
3:05am: An officer located an Open Door at 1009 North Elm Street. The officer secured the business after checking inside.
10:32am: A Traffic Stop at Grimmell and Central resulted in Jordan Lawson of Carroll being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”
2:16pm: An officer responded to an Alarm Activation at 300 American Ave. The business was secure.
3:07pm: A Traffic Stop in the 300 Block of East Lincoln Way Street resulted in Nathan Lane of Jefferson being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”
7:20pm: An officer responded to a Fire Alarm Activation at 201 ½ East State Street. A tenant was cooking and set off the alarm. There was no fire.
9:46pm: Jordan Sloan reported a possible Intoxicated Driver on North Cedar Street. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle.
10:31pm: An officer was requested at 508 North Elm Street, for an issue with a customer’s pre-paid card. The officer advised the issue was Civil in nature and advised the customer to call their bank.
Sunday, February 5th
12:27am: An officer located an Open Gate at 1001 East Lincoln Way Street.
3:56pm: A Traffic Stop in the 100 Block of South Vine Street resulted in Crystal St. Clair Of Bayard being cited for, “Fail to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.”
7:40pm: A Traffic Stop in the 100 Block of North Elm Street resulted in Corey Delk of OH. Being cited for, “Fail to Have License While Operating.”
7:53pm: Randy Eilts reported his vehicle had been struck while parked at 777 Wild Rose Drive. The officer is investigating.
