The four high school basketball teams from the county are in action tonight. Greene County is at home in Jefferson with non-conference opponent Southeast Valley (Gowrie). The girls from SEV are 6-13 and the boys are 1-17. Greene County is 0-19 on the girls’ side and 7-11 for the boys.

Paton-Churdan closes out their Rolling Valley Activities Conference and regular season schedules tonight at Exira-Elk Horn-Kimballton. The Rockets lost both ends of the twin bill the first time the teams met, and for the season the Rockets have two girls varsity wins and two JV wins for the boys.
