Irving Lugo-Torres, age 22, 747 Ashby Drive, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Parole.

Jasmine Fetters, age 32, 825 South 7th Ave, Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

Giovani Ruiz-Vargas, age 39, 1908 Otely Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While Barred and Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Jason Krull, Dawson, was traveling on Walnut street at E. 3rd Street, when he collided with a vehicle driven by Kimberly Anderson, Dawson.  This was an uncontrolled intersection and due to road conditions, the collision was unavoidable.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Krull’s vehicle was estimated at $1500 and damage to Ms. Anderson was estimated at $2000.

Jessica Velazco, Perry, was driving on T Ave near 222nd place, when weather conditions caused her vehicle to slide into the ditch and roll onto it’s side.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  The vehicle was left there waiting for a tow.

Jan. 20

Felix Baccam, age 36, 252 SE Boulder Ct., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt Of Court – Violation Of No Contact Order.

Gaston Mwizerwa, Waukee, was driving North on N Ave, when he lost control and struck a tree, fence and house in the 17000 block of N Ave in Bouton.  No injuries were reported and damage to the car was estimated at $10000.  Damage to the home was estimated at  $20000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene and Mr. Mwizerwa was issued a citation for  Failure To Maintain Control.
