Guthrie Center residents will be excited to see the return of a familiar building.

The Midway Motel is having an open house this Saturday to celebrate the work done in the last year to get them back up and running, after significant damage from a storm in December of 2021. High winds heavily damaged the roof and electrical wiring throughout the building, and the motel has been working diligently to get repairs done.

The open house will be from 10am to 2pm, with cookies available for those that stop by.
